Av Harachamim:[1]
On the second day of Yom Tov in the Diaspora [1st day in Eretz Yisrael], when Yizkor is recited, the entire congregation may choose to say Av Harachamim prior to Ashreiy of Musaf on Yom Tov, and not just those who have remained for Yizkor.
