Semicha/Courses

We, at shulchanaruchharav.com, are dedicated to your personal Torah learning and growth. We understand that the course you chose for enrollment, or general program, may not seem fit for you once you are inside, despite its original appeal. We therefore issue refunds for our courses within 15 days from the time we enroll you into the course, prior to any assignments and tests being graded. There is no contingency or stipulation for the refund, and it may be requested for any reason. The refund does not cover the registration fee or book fees, which was included in the total course payment, and these costs will be deducted from your final refund.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues with our courses, and we will help navigate you with the issues you are facing, and if necessary issue a refund, upon your request, within the timetable of the refund policy.

Books:

We do not offer refunds for books ordered through us, once the order has been placed by us with our publishing company. If you received a damaged or defected product, you are welcome to contact us with the details and we will work with our publishing company to send you a new product. We do not carry liability for books that were not delivered to the buyer due to negligence on his part, such as a misinformed address. If the shipping company claims to have delivered the books but you have not received them, please check the premise of your outside property, or with your neighbors, or building management. If the books still cannot be found, please contact us promptly and we will file a claim with the shipping company, and work on re-sending you your product.  

We do not deal with refunds or returns from orders made through third party companies and retailers, such as bookstores or online shops [i.e. Amazon.com] and any issues with the order is to be brought up directly with the third party seller.
