May one climb into a tree house on Shabbos?
No. If however the tree house is built in a way that it never makes direct contact with the tree, and is rather being supported by a second item which is supported by the tree, including the ladder[1], then it is allowed to be used so long as one does not shake the tree or the branches in the process.
