The law if one said Borei Peri Haeitz on wine – Is he Yotzei?[1]

Some Poskim[2] rule that if one recited the blessing of Haeitz on wine instead of the blessing of Hagafen, then he does not fulfill his obligation and must repeat the correct blessing of Hagafen. Other Poskim[3], however, rule that one does fulfill his obligation Bedieved if he said the blessing of Haeitz over wine. [Practically, Safek Brachos Lihakel and the blessing is not to be repeated.[4] However, if one remembers his mistake within Kdei Dibbur, then one is to initially correct himself and conclude with the words Borei Peri Hagafen.[5]]
