From the Rav’s Desk: The order to be followed when saying Kedusha without a minyan of six people praying

  1. Question: [Tuesday, 29th Iyar, 5781]

Rabbi, if we are unable to get six people to Daven Shemoneh Esrei at the same time, what is the order of having someone say Shemoneh Esrei aloud for the sake of Kedusha, and may we also still say the Kadeishim afterwards.

Answer:

In such a case, assuming there is a minyan in the room, then when an individual gets up to Shemoneh Esrei, he is to Daven Shemoneh Esrei aloud until after Kedusha and then recite the remainder of Shemoneh Esrei in silent. They may then recite the regular Kaddeishim afterwards without Tiskabel.
