What should be done in a Shiva home if the mourner is a Kohen or Levi and is the 10th man for the minyan regarding leaving the room by the Aliyah of Kohen or Levi?

He is not required to leave and is rather to stay in the room and simply not be called up for an Aliyah.

Historically speaking, how many people have been documented to create golems?

Four. The Talmud[1] states that Rava created a Golam using the names of Hashem of Sefer Yetizra. The Even Ezra created a Golam in front of Rabbeinu Tam.[2] Rav Eliyahu Baal Shem of Chelm used the names of Hashem to create a Golam.[3] The Maharal of Prague used the names of Hashem to create a Golam.[4]

Is there any source for the rumor that demons have chicken like feet?

Yes. Rashi in Gittin 68b “The feet of demons are similar to that of chickens”
