My Mezuzah fell of the door, should I replace it with a Bracha?
This matter is under debate in the Poskim. Practically, if the Mezuzah fell off the doorpost the blessing is to be repeated upon replacing it, and so is the implied opinion of Admur. However, some follow the opinion in Poskim who rule that a blessing is not to be recited if there are Mezuzos up by other doors.

I have a small room in my house which is less than 4×4 Amos which I use as an office, does it need a Mezuzah and should it be placed with a Bracha?
This matter is under debate in the Poskim. Practically, one is to place a Mezuzah on the door and may do so with a blessing, although some are stringent not to recite a blessing upon doing so.

Based on Dr.’s directives I take liver pills, which is basically a capsule that contains a kosher drive liver inside. My question is whether I am considered Fleishig after swallowing the pill, and may not drink milk for six hours after?
You are not considered Fleishig, and may eat dairy afterwards, even right away. However, do not use milk to swallow down the pill.
