Is it forbidden to visit a Kever of a Tzadik on Shabbos?
Some do, some dont. Mainly Ashkenazim do so, but many Sephardim do not. Regarding Chabad, some do while others don’t. Practically, unless your shul has a set custom, you can choose not to do so if you follow Chabad Minhag.
