Content:
A fundamental course covering all the laws relating to morning conduct, from Modeh Ani, Neigal Vaaser, bathroom use, dress related laws, until the morning blessings. The course contains 9 chapters and covers 250 pages of textbook material. While the content may seem modest and introductory for beginners only, in truth it contains much basic knowledge that even the advanced are often unaware of, and challenges the layman and scholar alike.
The learning material workbook and textbooks are provided upon enrollment. The course modules contain tests and assignment, per topic or chapter. The student works his way through each section until completion of the course. The students progress and assignments are directly overseen by Semicha aid author Rabbi Yaakov Goldstein, dean of HSSP and director of Shulchanaruchharav.com
Intended Audience:
Beginners. This is a beginners Semicha subject provided exclusively in our program as part of Rabbinical ordination. You may choose to take this course as part of our Semicha program [pending prior acceptance], or for personal knowledge. This course is very useful for students who are currently studying the material on their own or in a Yeshiva setting and would like a corresponding Online learning system to help them through the course, challenge them with assignments and quizzes to sharpen their knowledge and grasp of the material.
Cost:
