Kiddush Levana during Nine days

Kiddush Levana:[1]

The custom is not to recite Kiddush Levana until after Tisha B’av.[2] [It is rather to be recited on Motzei Tisha B’av, as will be explained in Chapter 4 Halacha 17.]
