Sefiras Haomer:[1]

When a Bris Milah is taking place during one’s Sefira period of mourning, it is permitted for the father of the child, the Mohel and the Sandek to cut their hair the day before the Bris.[2] They should do so close to night, prior to going to shul [for Maariv].[3] [Nevertheless, those who are accustomed to abstain from getting a haircut throughout Sefira, as explained above, avoid doing so even in the event of a Bris.[4]]
