12. Birchas Hachama:[1]

It is permitted for a mourner during Shiva to recite Birchas Hachama. [He, however, should not go to a public event for the sake of doing so.[2]] It is, however, forbidden for an Onen to recite this blessing, as is the law by all blessings.
