Chapter 53: The reaction of the Gentile nations by the redemption
- The Gentile nations will exclaim, who would have believed the great redemption that G-d has done for the Jewish people. What appeared during the exile as a low and repulsive nation has now been elevated to aristocracy. We now realize that we have errored in our view of the Jewish people.
- Jewish suffering for Gentile sins: The Jewish people have carried our suffering that is really due to us for our sins. They have gone forward like sheep for slaughter without saying a word. They have refused to sin and placed their lives at risk not do so.
- Due to this, the Jewish people will receive portions amongst the nations, and receive much reward for their suffering which they accepted on behalf of the sinners.
