Some Poskim[1] rule that that one resumes to recite Tachanun on the 9th of Sivan. Other Poskim[2], however, rule that one is to omit Tachanun until the 12th of Sivan, including the 12th of Sivan, [and so is the Chabad custom].[3] [Tachanun is resumed on the 13th of Sivan.[4]]

[3] The reason: The reason for this is because after Shavuos there is 7 days of Tashlumin for which the Holiday Karban is able to be sacrificed, and therefore we do not say Tachanun until the days of Miluim of the Karban have passed.

Is a Chasan and Kallah who are getting married between the 1st and 12th of Sivan to fast on that day?
Some Poskim[1] rule a Chasan and Kallah are to fast on such a day. Other Poskim[2] however rule that they are not to fast on any day that Tachanun is omitted. In a case of need, such as a Chasan/Kallah who is very weak, one may be lenient.[3]
