Washing hands for sick wife who is Nida:[1]
If one’s wife is too sick or weak to wash her own hands and there is no one else available to do so for her, then the husband may wash her hands for the sake of a Mitzvah, such as washing hands for bread or washing in the morning after awakening. [He may not wash he hands for other purposes.] [The same applies if she has a hand injury that prevents her from washing her hands.]
