Chapter 12: The list of all kings and cities captured
1. List of kings and nations killed by Moshe:
- The following is a list of all the kings that Moshe and the Jewish people conquered, them and their lands, prior to crossing the Jordan into Israel:
- Sichon, the Amorite king who sat in Cheshbon. They conquered all of his land which included many cities and a large territory.
- Og the King of Bashan, who sat in Ashtoros and Edrey and ruled over Chermon.
- These lands were inherited to the tribes of Reuvein, Gad, and half of Menashe.
2. The list of kings and nations killed by Yehoshua:
- The following is a list of all the kings that Yehoshua and the Jewish people conquered, them and their lands, after crossing the Jordan into Israel. These lands were later inherited to all the Jewish people, per tribe. These lands cover areas to the north and south of Israel, and they cover the mountainous areas and areas of valley.
- King of Jericho.

- King of Yerushalayim.
- King of Chevron.
- King of Yarmus.
- King of Lakish.
- King of Eglon.
- King of Gezer.
- King of Dvir.
- King of Arad.

- King of Madon.

- The total number of kings killed were 31.
