Yom Kippur has the same Halachic status as Shabbos with regards to Melacha. Thus, it is forbidden to carry and cook on Yom Kippur just like on Shabbos, and everything forbidden on Shabbos, whether Biblical or Rabbinical, is likewise forbidden on Yom Kippur.
