Learning Nigleh (Gemara, Halacha) on Shabbos:
In Kuntrus Eitz Chaim by the Rebbe Rashab[1] he writes that Shabbos should be a day dedicated completely for Chassidus. Despite this statement, the Rebbe famously said that one should learn 1/3 Nigleh on Shabbos and 2/3rd Chassidus, and that there is definitely no room to say Chas Veshalom that it is forbidden to learn Nigleh on Shabbos, and on the contrary, everyone should do so.[2]
