Every person can control his thought speech and action:[1]
Hashem created the human psyche with the ability to control one’s thought speech and action. This concept is called “Moach Sholet Al Haleiv”, that the mind rules over the heart. The mind, or the persons headquarters of thought and decision making, has full authority to deny thoughts from being contemplated in his head, and to deny his mouth from speaking words he does not want it to speak, and deny actions he does not agree with. [This concept is one of the main principle of Toras Chabad, the Chabad philosophy of serving Hashem.]
