One can do Teshuvah even for sins that he did with intent to do Teshuvah:[1]
It is possible for one to do Teshuvah even for those sins on which the Sages state “Ein Maspikin Beyado Lasos Teshuvah”, such as one who sins with intent to do Teshuvah. The meaning of the statement of the Sages is that such a person does not receive Divine assistance in his penitence, although if he pushes for it, he can still become a true penitent and have his Teshuvah accepted.
