Bilti Mugah:

This refers to an unedited Mamar. Unedited Mamaraim are bound to contain content mistakes that could dramatically change the intent of that which was said by the Rebbe during his talk or Mamar. In a certain talk given by the Rebbe Rayatz in 1944, printed in Sefer Hasichos 5704 p. 101 etc it states that the Chassidim were accustomed to learn one Halacha a day from Kitzur Shulchan Aruch, as well as from the Sefer Iyun Yaakov. The Rebbe suggests that this must be a printing error being that the study of Kitzur Shulchan Aruch was not widespread in Russia, and was only printed in the last years of the Tzemach Tzedek, outside of Russia.
