  1. Plain Flour of the five grains – Ground kernels and dough:[1]

Plain flour of the five grains is Shehakol. This applies even if it still has choppy pieces of flour and tastes like wheat. This applies according to all opinions as the main use of grains is for bread and hence while ground it loses its blessing.[2]

Dough:[3] The blessing on plain dough is Shehakol, just like flour.
