Is a Chasan who is getting married on Pesach Sheiyni to fast?
It is forbidden to get married during the period of Sefira, and according to all opinions and customs, the 14th of Iyar is included in the mourning period, and the laws of mourning are not suspended due to Pesach Sheiyni.[1] Hence, seemingly this question is not realistic. However, in truth there is one case in which it is permitted to get married during Sefira, and that is when one is remarrying his divorcee.[2] In general, even when one remarries his divorcee he is to fast on the day of the wedding.[3] In such a case, he is to fast even if the weddings take place on Pesach Sheiyni.[4]
