Question:
If one eats a pareve food that was baked simultaneously in an oven together with meat (e.g., chicken), each in their own separate baking pan, does it become fleishig, requiring a six-hour wait before eating dairy?

Answer:
No. Although it is forbidden for even Sephardim to eat such food together with dairy due to its absorption of meat vapor, eating it does not render the person fleishig being that it was not literally baked together with the meat or chicken in the same pan. Therefore, one may eat dairy immediately afterward without waiting six hours.
