What was the Rebbe’s perspective regarding girls going to work prior to getting married after they finish seminary or high school?

While the rebbe recognized the practice to do so, he voiced opposition to it, being that it contradicts the theme of modesty of a Jewish girl which needs to be guarded to the highest level prior to marriage. Practically, the Rebbe himself concludes that forbidding such a thing would be a decree that the congregation cannot uphold.
