🕯️ Rabbi Yisrael ben Rabbi Azaryahu Shoyer

Known as a holy Gaon and posek, he served as Av Beit Din of Szatmár (Sabatishte). His leadership belonged to the Hungarian–Transylvanian rabbinic world of the late nineteenth century. He passed away in 5619 (1859), and his rulings and communal authority were preserved in local Ashkenazic records.

🕯️ Rabbi Eliezer Tzvi, son of Rabbi Yitzḥak Aizik Yehuda Yeḥiel of Komarna

A descendant of the Komarna chassidic line, associated with the tradition of Or Einayim and inner avodah. He is recorded among figures linked with the Komarna–Galician intellectual‑mystical school, and his yahrzeit is preserved in later nineteenth‑century chronicle lists.

🕯️ Rabbi Yitzḥak ben Rabbi Yisrael Yisr (Issar) Feigenbaum, the Rabbi of Warsaw

A major communal and halakhic authority in Warsaw, he served during a period of transition and strain for Polish Jewry. His passing is recorded in 5661 (1901). His role was administrative, judicial, and rabbinic rather than literary, representing the structured kehillah leadership of late Ashkenazic Europe.

🕯️ Rabbi Yisrael Shalom Yosef, son of Rabbi Ḥayyim

Associated with the ethical‑mystical tradition reflected in works such as Nefesh Yishai. His passing during the Second World War period is recorded in Ashkenazic calendars that mark rabbinic losses amid the broader devastation of European Jewry.
