Wearing an inner Gartel:[1]
Some are accustomed to constantly wear a Gartel under their shirt, over their Tzitzis.[2] Nevertheless this is not the Chabad custom.[3] However it is accustomed amongst Chabad to wear an elastic [“Bindel”] over the Tzitzis in order to prevent it from folding and hence losing its proper size.[4]
