I am alergic to bread [i.e. wehat, barley, oats, rye etc] and get very sick when I eat it. What should I do about Lechem Mishneh on Shabbos?

In such a case, you are exempt from eating Challah or any grain on Shabbos or Yom Tov. You can be Yotzei the meal with drinking an extra Revius of wine or grape juice after Kiddush and then eating other foods.
